Requirements for admission for Basic Nursing Assistant  Training:  Applicants must be at least 17 years of age with valid proof of identification. Students under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian present to proceed with application and admission. Picture ID & Social Security card plus $300 non-refundable registration fee due at registration.  Applicants must be able to speak, write, and understand English. Applicants must provide a copy of their physical examination including a negative TB test within 1 week of application for admission. Applicants must pass a criminal background test before admission. No student will be allowed to begin class without a completed physical or completed background check.  Hearts 2 Heal does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation.
